Vin Chaud - Gløgg

My Mum's recipe for gløgg
  1. 1 bottle of bad red wine
  2. ~100g Sugar, put less in the beginning, then add as much as you like.
  3. 3 Cloves (Nellik, clous de girofle)
  4. 1 Cinnamon bark (écorce de cannelle)
  5. 2 bits of orange peel
  6. Vanilla (or vanilla sugar)
Boil all of that 10 min in a pan, serve hot.
